SEPA-SCT-CHARSET-002: National Latin characters outside the SEPA basic set

The creditor name or remittance text uses national Latin letters (such as ü, é or ß) or ASCII punctuation (such as & or @) outside the basic Latin set. The guidelines let customers use the character set in use at national level, while PSPs only have to support the basic set.
