BNK-SCH-001: Payment information block not checked against SEPA rules
This payment information block names a service level other than SEPA, so the SEPA Credit Transfer rules were not applied to it. The XML and ISO 20022 schema checks still cover it.

Why it matters
A file can mix SEPA and other payments; only the SEPA blocks have to meet the SEPA rules. Inside a Flow configured for SEPA every block is checked.
How to fix it
No action if this block is meant to be a non-SEPA payment. If it should be SEPA, set the service level code to SEPA.
Try it with a synthetic example
